SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA

A client in the Inner Richmond District of San Francisco had an Earthquake Shelter behind his primary residency. He wanted better drainage around the building and for the solution to be attractive. So we created this creek bed and did some plantings that looked a bit like a meadow approaching a creek. We sourced the rock materials from Broadmoor Landscape Supply and the plants from nearby Sloat Garden Center. The project was a success in that the drainage issue was solved, and the garden created to surround it was pretty. Thank you.
